FAE Manager:
Present technical solutions and actively assist the design group in developing the processes necessary to drive designs into production.
FAE team management.
Provide training on the  product portfolio as required, for FAEs, sales, distributors as well as major accounts.

Qualification Requirements:
Must possess a comprehensive understanding of both systems-level and manufacturing of semiconductor & related peripheral technology products.
BSEE required, MSEE preferred
Demostrate comprehensive understanding of Analog/Mixed-signal technology.
A minimum of seven years hands-on analog circuit design experience.
Expertise in Power Management IC's.
Well organized and ability to multi-task.
Ability to train, develop and mentor a broad group of FAE.
Fluent English both verbal and written

Travel Required: 20-30%
